Nature of the Work

All artwork sold through this website is original, made to order, or custom-created. Each piece is produced with care and is considered unique, not mass-produced.

Orders and Payment

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Work on commissions or made-to-order pieces will not begin until payment has been received and any required reference materials have been provided.

Custom and Personalised Work

Custom and personalised artwork is created specifically for the customer and is therefore non-refundable and non-returnable once work has begun or the item has been completed.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that any images or references provided are correct and of suitable quality.

Original and Made-to-Order Artwork

Due to the nature of original and made-to-order artwork, returns and refunds are not accepted for change of mind. Customers are encouraged to be certain before purchasing, as each piece is unique and handled with care.

This applies to original artworks, photographic works, and made-to-order pieces.

Damaged or Faulty Items

All items are carefully packaged using protective materials, including but not limited to bubble wrap, protective paper, and rigid “do not bend” boards where appropriate. Framed works are packaged securely to minimise risk during transit.

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or faulty, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photographic evidence of the damage.

Where damage is confirmed, a fair resolution will be offered. This may include a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

This does not affect your legal rights under UK consumer law.

Shipping

Shipping is carried out in accordance with our Shipping Policy. Delivery times may vary depending on location and service used. Once dispatched, delivery is handled by third-party couriers.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, and content on this website remain the intellectual property of the artist. Artwork may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without permission.

Website Use

We reserve the right to update, change, or remove content, products, or services at any time without notice.

Liability

We are not liable for delays or issues caused by third-party services, including shipping providers. However, we will assist where possible in resolving any issues.
