All custom artwork commissions are non-refundable. Each piece is made to order and tailored specifically to you, meaning it cannot be resold or reused once work has begun.

• Avoid placing work above radiators or frequently used fireplaces, where heat can cause cracking, warping, or surface changes

• Keep away from areas with high moisture, such as kitchens and bathrooms

• A stable, moderate environment helps protect both the paint and its support

Surface Care The painted surface is delicate, even once dry:

• Avoid touching the surface directly

• Keep away from dust, smoke, and airborne particles that may settle over time

• If needed, gently dust the frame or surrounding area rather than the painting itself

Framing & Protection While many paintings are displayed unglazed, framing can offer additional protection.A simple frame can help shield the edges and reduce exposure to environmental wear.
